Hi Lynn, I fell in love with cinnamon in 2000 when I first visited the US - I live in Ireland. I love it on french toast, stewed apple and I have recently started sprinkling it on natural yoghurt for extra flavour. Yummmmm!

I've heard that it's good for weight loss. Does anyone know if there's any truth in that?

Hi Mary,
Thanks for your comments. Because cinnamon seems to help regulate blood sugar, it helps me reduce sugar cravings which may help with weight loss.

I love cinnamon too especially in almond milk, certain smoothies and sometimes coffee.
